Shipping policy

We ship only to the contiguous United States (48 states).

We ship via Standard service that takes from 3-7 business days in transit.

Sometimes errors or damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in picture-perfect condition. We’re human!

All damage/error claims must be received within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

Please save all packaging and email us at info@poufizm.com and will arrange to replace it asap

We will arrange for a speedy replacement or return of the item!
